But in order for you to understand this we need to define some terms.
- The After Repair Value (ARV) of your house in simply the value of your house on the market after being fully renovated. This is the value of the house after being repaired and comparable to other houses on the retail market.
- We Calculate The Cost Of Repairs (COR) After we determine the After Repair Value, we subtract our Cost Of Repairs, which will be the estimated cost to fix and remodel the entire house to Show Room Condition for a new family.
- Selling Cost (SC) Because we purchase properties with out using agents or banks, we do need to list the property back on the market. Therefore we have the responsibility of paying agent commissions, closing cost, taxes, etc. Our selling cost usually total to about 10% of the entire selling price.
